I work as an AI Creator and Creative Director, offering visual concept development, AI-generated content, digital storytelling, and creative direction for personal and commercial projects.
Each collaboration is defined individually and may include a written agreement outlining scope, pricing, timelines, and usage rights.
3. Copyright & Usage
All visual content, including AI-generated images, videos, concepts, and design elements presented on this website, are the intellectual property of Kristina Shtefan and are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
When you purchase or commission work, you receive a license to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose (e.g. personal, commercial, editorial).
Source files, prompts, or raw outputs are not included unless explicitly agreed.
4. Bookings & Payment
A booking is confirmed once a deposit or written agreement has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your session date and time.
The remaining balance is due according to the agreed schedule.
Late payments may result in delivery delays or cancellation.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please inform me as early as possible.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the agreed start date may incur a cancellation fee.
If I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative timeline or a full refund of the deposit will be offered.
6. Delivery & Editing
Final content is delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe.
All visuals are created and edited in my signature artistic style, combining AI tools and creative direction.
Additional revisions or custom adjustments beyond the initial agreement may be subject to extra fees.
7. Privacy
All personal and project-related information shared during communication or collaboration is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
While I strive to ensure a high-quality and professional creative process, I am not liable for technical limitations of AI tools, platform restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond my control.
I am also not responsible for indirect losses resulting from the use or interpretation of the delivered content.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available on this website.
